Hotel Bernerhof - Interlaken

This hotel is a fantastic base for exploring the Jungfrau region! We took a family trip to the fine mountains, and the staff gave us great suggestions for kid-friendly activities. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices for everyone to enjoy.

My kids wished for a firmer pillow option in our room.

Delicious breakfast with a wide array of meals. The very central location near a train station. Besides, very convenient to Highlife.

The rooms were beautifully maintained and mine was functional with a balcony and good mountain view and very cozy beds;))

Fine mountain view!

Got a decent size and well-maintained triple room with a good view of jungfrau peak as expected, thoroughly enjoyed it. There were coffee/tea making machines and fridges upon arrival. The hotel location was excellent and unbeatable near a Co Op shop where you can get supplies.

The location at Interlaken West station is ideal for all activities. The centre of Interlaken is also just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel has a modern, well-kept interior with functioning equipment. A kettle is also available. The tip-top breakfast (already from 07 am) makes the perfect overall impression. The hotel can be recommended without hesitation

Really good location, friendly staff.

A newly remodelled hotel in Interlaken with attentive staff especially the Receptionist. Functional room with nice view and a balcony and mini fridge and delicious breakfast to start the day. Variety of options, good food. Early check-in, parking behind the property. Everything fantastic. Incredible base for exploring Interlaken.

Absolutely Perfect Stay!

As a solo traveler, I had a good four-night stay! The fine mountain views from my Standard Twin Room were lovely. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Pro tip, Enjoy breakfast on the terrace for a serene start to your day!

- Nice reception. - Rooms are new. - comfortable beds. - very quiet despite its location at the station or Bahnhofstrasse

- Unfortunately no bathtub. - Shower rather small, but it was enough for 1 night. - Fitted sheet had holes, should the cleaner see. - Breakfast buffet did not meet my requirements for this price

would like to stay longer

Location was perfect, just a stroll from the West train station. The room was super spacious and had a balcony with fine mountain views. Loved the air conditioning, kettle to brew tea, and the strong WiFi. Breakfast boasted fresh fruit and local cheeses. The staff was so responsive.

The location of the hotel is good... it is on a walking distance from the Railway Station

No airconditioning, rooms were congested and amenities were very basic
